Thank you to all of the Brides, Grooms, Friends and Family that stopped by our booth at the Bravo Central Oregon Wedding Showcase this past weekend.  It was seriously an honor to take part in the show, and I had a blast meeting all of you and hearing about your upcoming weddings.  As you know, we are based out of Eugene, but I want to reemphasize that we DO NOT have travel fees for weddings in the Bend area.  I think that comes from a weekness for that part of the state.  Bend & Sunriver have been a fav vacation spot for me and my hubby for years, and now our little ones are too enjoying the sunshine, pony rides and endless fun things to do over there

Just a reminder…those of you who visited our booth at the show will receive a free collage like I had on display when you book your wedding with us!

We LOVE getting to know you long before the big day comes about, so we have set aside a few days in our calander to come back to Bend for anyone desiring a FREE consultation.  We have several spots open for consultations on February 21st…If we have overflow, or enough interest we can come over on Friday the 20th as well.  Please call or  e-mail us soon to set up your appointment.

So here’s a call out to all of you fun, outgoing, amazing couples that LOVE eachother and LOVE photos!  We are on the search for 2 couples from each of these areas….Bend, Corvallis, Portland and the Central Coast who are willing and excited to get all dressed up in wedding attire for an unforgettable day of  “fresh. edgy and romantic” portrait sessions.  Those accepted will receive a FREE Fashion Romance session valued at $650.  You will also receive a DVD of all of your images from the shoot and a custom collage as well as personalized marketing materials with your images on them to give to your friends.  Participants will have the opportunity to earn wedding day coverage, engagement sessions, slideshows, albums etc. based on referrals.

If you would like to be considered for one of these spots, please e-mail us with a photo of you in your dress, or a photo of you and one of your dress separately, and include this info in the e-mail.  If you don’t think your fiance’ / hubby would be up to it, please apply anyway.  We will consider accepting 1 Bride, and 1 Bride & Groom per area.

Name, Wedding Date, Wedding Venue, Your current place of employment, Activities you are involved in, Approximate amount of weddings you attend in a year, Would you or would you not get wet in the ocean or play around in the hay in your wedding dress?

These questions give us a brief idea of your personality and areas of influence and will greatly help our selection.  So be as brief or as extravagant in your explanations as you want.  The reason we need the photo is to allow us to choose participants that will offer us great variety in styles.

Just putting out the invitation to stop by our booth this weekend at the Oregon Wedding Showcase at the Lane County Events Center.  We would love to meet you and hear about your upcoming wedding.  We have lots of albums and fun things to look at, and will be handing out little gifty bags to the first 200 registered brides that stop by our booth.   We are also having a drawing for one of our Fashion Bridal shoots valued at $300!  So please, if you’re out and about stop by and say hi….We are in booth 204!

Bassis Loaded Outdoor Setup

We had the pleasure of working with Rick from Bassis Loaded in Eugene at Forrest & Jenny’s Sept 13th Wedding.  In certain packages Rick comes to your event with two mounted flat screen TV’s to announce events, play a slideshow of your growing up years, enhance your entertainment with graphics and music videos when the party picks up.  As your photographer, I can even work with him to play a slideshow of your ceremony & getting ready pictures during the reception.

After Forrest & Jenny’s Wedding, we teamed up to make them a video, including their first dance song and voiceovers of their vows. Thanks Rick, for all of your work putting this together.  Please check it out at the link below it is example number 2, and feel free to leave us your comments.

Congrats Forrest & Jenny!

Congratulations you two!  I seriously had such a blast at your wedding.  You guys are too cute for words.  It is so refreshing and fun to be in the presence of such a genuinly loving couple.  I hope you enjoy these photos.  I’m working hard on your online gallery, and I will let you know as soon as it’s up.
